May is National Walking Month and as you can imagine we are pretty excited!
If you're not already planning to walk the Cotswold Way this May, why not set yourself a challenge and walk as much as you possibly can! There are so many ways to build walking into your daily routine this month including:
- Swapping the car for your walking boots on your way to work
- Taking an extra long walk with your dog
- Walking your children to school
- Going for a weekend family walk
- Walking to the local shop instead of driving
- Finding the footpaths around your area
Regular walking can have a huge number of benefits on your health and wellbeing, and it is also a great way to explore new places!
