Big names for the big games
With less than two weeks until The Rugby World Cup kicks off, we’ve been promoting Champagne breakfasts at The Montpellier Wine Bar, organising sponsorship and booking ex rugby internationals to give a pre and post-match analysis at the events.
After a fantastic day at Cheltenham Cricket festival earlier in the month, we’ve been getting extremely sporty at apt HQ and have lined up a number of sporting events in partnership with clients for the rest of the year.
The list of events has now been uploaded onto our new Facebook page to keep our followers up-to-date with what’s on, which includes a charity dinner hosted by world cricket legend and Gloucestershire great, Mike Procter, and a talk by world renowned primatologist, Dr. Jane Goodall , presented by our client Abercrombie & Kent.
A good public relations campaign doesn’t have to just publicise company news, this month we’ve used our editorial connections to help our client Good Taste Foods in its hunt for suitable distributors. We used the success story of experienced distributor, Chris Lake to give an insight into a day in his life and the perks of being distributor working for the company, and have so far gained great coverage in a selection of food and business magazines.
It’s been great to see all the press cuttings coming in following the launch of interior and space design company Completion last month, and never ones to shy away from the camera, we’ve even spotted a few members of the apt team in the social pages which will be on the shelves in September. Completion has now officially launched in the Cotswolds with the help of substantial press coverage in the regional media, and we’ve also got some great bonus pieces in niche titles and a national newspaper supplement still to come!
